Show your QR code at volta Kiosks, return your packaging, and track the entire process in one place.

With the volta€ App, you can:

• quickly access your QR code to start each return at the volta Kiosk
• track returns, credits, and wallet transactions
• check your available balance in real time
• request a transfer of your balance to the IBAN linked to your account once you have €5 in your wallet, the defined minimum amount
• manage your profile details and communication preferences
• receive relevant updates about your volta account, wallet, and transfers
