Zavo is a time and attendance and human resources management system for Portuguese companies. Employees clock in and out using their mobile phones, and the company monitors everything in real time.
Time and Attendance Registration
One-touch clocking, validated by GPS geolocation. The company can activate a photo as an additional verification method. The administrator chooses in the settings how they want employees to clock in and out.
Real-time Dashboard
Who is working now, absent for the day, hours accumulated in the month, attendance rate, and overtime. Graphs of hours per day and monthly trend. Upcoming absences and holidays in sight.
Employees and Teams
Management of employees organized by teams and workplaces. Each manager only sees their team.
Live Map
Real-time visualization of the location of employees who are working.
Schedules and Shifts
Configurable schedules per employee or per team. Rotating shifts with assignment.
Overtime and Time Bank
Automatic calculation based on defined schedule. Time bank with accumulated balance. Export for payroll processing.
Vacation and Vacation Schedule
Vacation requests with approval by the supervisor. Visual schedule with the vacations of the entire team to avoid overlaps. Pre-configured national and regional holidays.
Training
Registration of training actions per employee, with control of hours and certificates.
Recruitment

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
Registration of medical examinations, risk assessments and mandatory safety training.
Single Report
Preparation of attendance data for the Single Report required by the Authority for Working Conditions.

Portuguese companies, associations, and institutions that need to control attendance and manage human resources in a simple way, without time clocks or paper forms.
Requirements
The app needs access to location (GPS) to validate clocking in/out. Camera access is only requested if the company has the photo enabled as a verification method.
The employee account is created by the company. It is not possible to create an account directly in the app.
