The carboxy-terminal fragments have antagonistic action, to be clarified by the kidney, the proportion varies according to the stage of chronic kidney disease. We propose to study possible differences in the proportion depending on the type of dialysis: hemodialysis (HD) or peritoneal dialysis (PD).
