This company took over EasyCode which was a great app to access our storage facility. They inactivated our access and provide NO customer support at all. They only use group text messaging that is similar to phishing scams. The app won't allow you to register properly in a secure way. This is an app that is not ready for prime time! update: the app just hangs when it opens, just shows the storid logo. tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times with the same result.

Updated: Functions great, except after use, lt requires a manual Force quit to completely exit. Otherwise it stays stuck running a background process. Previous: Recommend making it more clear that you have to swipe it. and I'd still recommend that you make the main icon easier to see because the black color is difficult to see if somebody is visually impaired. perhaps inversing the current colors icon that sits on the phone screen

update 5/23 same problems. says no internet or user. Original Review: App does not start... only splaah screen. uninstalled, restarted phone, reinstalled. same thing. Called support number and requests a pin number then hangs up. the experience with this company only gets worse. App finally opens. now can not find my username... which ive verified with my facility. And says no internet while i have a screen shot of full bars on 5g.
