This company took over EasyCode which was a great app to access our storage facility. They inactivated our access and provide NO customer support at all. They only use group text messaging that is similar to phishing scams. The app won't allow you to register properly in a secure way. This is an app that is not ready for prime time! update: the app just hangs when it opens, just shows the storid logo. tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times with the same result.

Biometrics do not work. Have to force stop to get it to quit running when not logged in. God forbid you don't swipe exactly the right way, end up swiping right on the whole app . Easy code worked flawlessly. Not this app!! Garbage in my opinion. Yes, I am aware how to enable fingerprint login. All it does is go to login screen and still want credentials. I am also aware how to swipe right. Pretty tough to do 1 handed How about a simple button!!??

The app is not functioning still. it worked once when the permanent share was created and now even though I am onsite, have hooked every permission and connection up, logged in successfully it cannot see the storage unit, the lift, the door - any of it!

What’s new

Tenants now enroll themselves: they enter a mobile number, verify it with a texted code, and set a password. The phone number is the account, giving each tenant a single identity, with email now optional. That one account works across every facility, letting tenants log in once and switch between storage groups without logging out or maintaining separate accounts. Location handling has also been reworked to use less battery.
