About this app

Al Gharafa Driver is the official app for Al Gharafa Bakery delivery riders. Receive assigned orders, confirm pickup, navigate to the customer, share live location during the trip, and mark the order delivered — all in one place.

This app is for Al Gharafa drivers only. Accounts are created and approved by Al Gharafa administration. The public cannot register.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See today’s assigned orders and your delivery summary
• Get a clear alert when a new delivery is assigned to you
• Confirm pickup when the order is ready at the bakery
• Follow the status ladder: Assigned → Picked Up → On the Way → Delivered
• Open maps for turn-by-turn navigation
• Share live location only while a delivery is in progress
• Confirm cash collection on cash-on-delivery orders
• Review delivery history by today, this week, or this month
• Go online or offline so dispatch knows when you are available
• Use the app in English or Arabic, including full right-to-left layout

Large buttons, high-contrast text, and one primary action per screen so you can use the app quickly while riding.

LOCATION
Location is used only during an active delivery so Al Gharafa can follow progress. Tracking starts when you begin a delivery and stops when you mark it delivered.

For login help or a password reset, contact Al Gharafa administration. Driver accounts are managed by the bakery.
