About this app
Munabbih is an alarm clock for people who turn alarms off in their sleep and
remember nothing about it.
A normal alarm asks for one tap. Munabbih asks for proof. Until you finish the
task you chose, the alarm keeps ringing.
WAKE-UP TASKS
• Maths — work out the answer and press Check. Choose the operation: addition,
subtraction, multiplication, division, or a mix. Four difficulty levels, and
a time limit per problem you can set or switch off. Get one wrong and the
same problem stays until you solve it.
• Colour grid — find and tap the odd tile out. Simple to describe, impossible
to do with your eyes closed.
• Shake — shake the phone until the counter fills. Nothing wakes a body up
like having to move it.
Stack up to three tasks on one alarm, set how many repetitions each needs, and
preview any task before you commit to it — so at 5 a.m. there are no surprises.
BUILT TO ACTUALLY GO OFF
• Exact alarms, scheduled through Android's own alarm-clock API.
• Survives a reboot — your alarms are rescheduled automatically.
• Full-screen wake-up over the lock screen, with the screen turned on for you.
• A guided reliability check that walks you through the exact system settings
your phone needs, including the battery optimisation that silently kills
alarms on many devices.
NO EASY WAY OUT
• Volume buttons will not silence a ringing alarm.
• Back and home do not end it — the alarm comes straight back.
• Optional limited mutes, if you want a small mercy.
• Snooze on your terms: set the length, or cap how many times you may use it.
• An emergency stop is always there, held for five seconds and recorded — an
app with no way out would be a trap, not a tool.

Pick any audio file from your own storage, or any ringtone already on the
phone. Set the volume, choose whether it fades in gently or starts at full
strength, and turn vibration on or off. Give an alarm its own background
picture, and write the line you want to read once the task is done.
