About this app
DeenSeed is the mobile companion for your Quran academy. It helps guardians and students stay up to date with classes, attendance, learning materials, invoices, and academy notices — using the account provided by their academy.
This app is for families enrolled with a DeenSeed academy. You cannot create an account inside the app. Sign in with the email and password issued by your academy.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See today’s classes and the weekly class routine
• Get an in-app reminder when a class is starting soon
• Review attendance by student and date
• Read recent lesson notes (what was covered in class)
• Open assigned catalogs and library books
• View exam name, date, and status
• Rate tutors and send support requests to the academy
• Receive optional push notifications for academy alerts
• Update your profile and profile photo
INVOICES AND PAYMENT
Guardians can view invoices, including unpaid amounts and payment status.
DeenSeed does not process payments inside the mobile app. When a guardian taps Pay, checkout starts and they are taken to the academy web platform or an external payment page in the browser. Payment is completed there using the methods the academy has enabled, such as PayPal. After payment, the invoice status updates when you return to the app.
Some academies may instead show bank-transfer instructions on the invoice screen.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Sign in with your academy email and password.
2. Open Home to see linked students, today’s class, attendance, and outstanding invoices.
3. Use Class Routine, Attendance, Lessons, Books, and Notices as needed.
4. Open an unpaid invoice and tap Pay to continue on the web.
5. Optional: allow notifications for class, invoice, and academy alerts.
DeenSeed is not a live classroom and does not include in-app video calls. Class times are shown as a schedule provided by your academy.
