Awesome app. I had a difficult time pairing so I contactes support and even though it was 3am they got back to me promptly and was able to get me connected quickly. I have had a minus2a for 6 years, it died (my fault) so when I got a new one I got it with wifi. It is amazing, after years of pushing button combos the app makes it so much easier and verisitile. From the performance of the unit, app control to tech support I cannot imagine it being any better.

Somewhat underwhelming app, with its only redeeming value being able to turn on the air filter remotely and seeing your filter life. It would be amazing if the filter told me more info about my air quality. Getting the device to pair up via wifi was fairly fustrating. After a lot of trial and error, I was able to pair the device by "forgetting" my home wifi on the phone first. That seemed to work. RabitAir needs to better QA the app pairing functionality.

I purchased the A3 Ultra Quiet. The air purifier does as advertised as far as cleaning the air. The application and bluetooth/wifi connection doesn't work. I uninstalled/reinstalled the application multiple times, cleared the cache, and reset the setup process. Nothing works. I have Wifi 6. The unit requires at least a 2.4hz wifi connection. Rabbit Air should have made it optional to either strictly via smartphone Bluetooth only when within proximity of the unit. Away access is not necessary.
