Radio Pilcomayo, with central studios in the city of Villa Montes, is a private social communication company, which seeks to build community, promoting progress and development with citizen integration in defense of their rights, the appreciation of their cultural diversity through democratic participation and the preservation of Natural Resources, seeking a more just, supportive and gender equitable society, through participatory and pluralistic communication processes, whose actors are the inhabitants identified in the urban, rural and indigenous area of ​​the Municipality of Villa Montes, Autonomous Region of Gran Chaco, Department of Tarija.
Radio Pilcomayo began its work on August 10, 1998, with 26 years of uninterrupted work, a company legally constituted in the Plurinational State of Bolivia, its director being the renowned Chaco journalist, Ramón Hugo Bellido Antezana.
Throughout its twenty-six years of history, Radio Pilcomayo has been an ally of the changes that the autonomous region of Gran Chaco has experienced, mainly in the consolidation of the first regional autonomy at the national level, promoting the message of integration, the development and strengthening of our society, providing a platform for local, regional, national and international news, as well as cultural, sports and educational programs, as well as spaces for debate and citizen participation with their authorities.
Radio Pilcomayo is part of the GUARANÍ COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK; Active member of the NATIONAL NEWS NETWORK; of the MEGA NATIONAL NETWORK; of the ERBOL NETWORK and the TRINATIONAL NETWORK OF COMMUNICATORS OF THE GRAND CHACO AMERICANO (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil and Paraguay), with whom it shares contacts and daily information in the journalistic, sports and cultural field at a regional, departmental, national and international level.
Radio Pilcomayo has modern equipment and accessories, which allows us to produce programs, microprograms, radio spots, jingles, spots and special coverage on radio and social networks.

Regarding Human Resources, Radio Pilcomayo has a select group of Communicators and Production Professionals, who have an extensive CV of related work in the Technical and Communication Area, standing out in the specialties of Planning; Marketing; Journalistic Production and Investigation; Sustained Advertising and Institutional and Corporate Image Campaigns.
