Radio Marín 90.5 FM belongs to the Bishopric of San Isidro and works in the facilities of the
Carmen Arriola de Marín School.
It is a non-profit radio station that seeks to be of service to the diocese and all the schools that
They make up the Marín Educational Group, with pedagogical and pastoral projects.
From its origins, students from initial to university level, alumni, parents and teachers,
participate with program cycles and special broadcasts recorded or live, which they put into play
and enhance diverse skills, oratory capacity, responsibility, creativity,
teamwork and roles. In turn, radio is a means open to the community, which implies
a commitment to our local, national and global society
The first radio experiences of Marin School began in the 70s with "La emisora",
a small cubicle located under one of the primary stairs of the school. From there
some students play recesses with a small sound console and relate from a
microphone with speaker to acclimate and entertain leisure moments during the day
school.
In 1992, the San Isidro bishopric was awarded the 89.9 frequency so that FM Marín could
begin to transmit in a zonal way and, after a period of stabilization, finally in
