When a member of your team is outside the radio coverage area, they can use their own cellular device to stay in constant contact.

RadioPro Talk connects to a RadioPro IP Gateway through a two-way radio over IP interface (ROIP). RadioPro acts as a client and can perform a subset of the functions available in the RadioPro Dispatch software.

Although less rugged than traditional portable radios, allowing some staff to bring their own devices and use a push-to-talk app may provide cost savings and flexibility for your existing communications infrastructure.

Requirements:
- A control station radio. (Motorola MOTOTRBO or Kenwood NEXEDGE) See the list of Supported Radios
- RadioPro IP Gateway version 8.x or higher.
For compatibility with RadioPro Talk 2.7 and later, Gateway version 8.1.13 or higher is required.

Ratings and reviews

App is 2 yrs old and doesn't run well. Kills your battery instantly. Support from the company sucks. Zello or eschat is the way to go

Decent app. Needs a lot of improvement, when it's in the background it won't work, it will only vibrate but not talk.

Works ok, but Can't connect to a hostname, only an IP. This might change if someone is inside or outside your network. Why the restriction?
