I made an order and paid in advance with Visa, after 14 days they replied saying, "Oh, sorry, the items are out of stock, and your money will be refunded within 14 days, a month!! ." What does that mean? The app is bad and doesn't work correctly , and there's no tracking. It's the worst experience, and it's the last time I'll ever buy from it.

Worst online shopping experience i have ever had in my life, bought 4 items with black november discount then took them 10 days to tell me they dont have the items and then having the audacity to send me 1 item , they made me miss black november offers because of their incompetence.

Logs you out all the time, track order button doesn't do anything, doesn't show the discounts on the website, items out of stock isn't updated correctly, takes at least a full week to ship items and they get shipped separately, can't get worse
