AllWrite notepad & feed is a free, simple, convenient and secure notepad for taking notes and organizing them into a feed. This is the best notepad for everyday tasks! Your excellent diary and assistant! Notes, lists, photos, videos, audio, documents, links, arbitrary files - everything will be saved and organized securely and conveniently in a notepad in the feed. Notes can be created using different text editors. Notepad supports plain text, rich, Markdown, and HTML syntax. The text may contain photos and videos. If you like dictating text, AllWrite notepad & feed has its own dictaphone. Speech to text is conveniently implemented. All notes are organized into a feed, sorted by date added. You can add default tags to all notes. AllWrite notepad & feed supports various search types - by text, date and tags. The diary is well integrated into the smartphone ecosystem, so you can add almost anything to the notepad feed.
AllWrite notepad & feed takes care of the security, privacy, ownership and control of user data. The entrance to the notepad can be locked and password protected. All notes added by the user are stored only on the phone and private. This is a 100% offline free app. So you can be sure about the privacy of your notes. You can enable and configure cloud storage so that all data is backed up. You also can enable an additional layer of protection and encrypt all data uploaded to your cloud. The idea behind this notepad is that your data is 100% under your control along with privacy.
AllWrite notepad & feed uses some services installed and available on the device. Speech to text functionality uses Android services. Therefore, the privacy policies of Android and your device manufacturer apply here. The application itself does not collect or share data with third parties. AllWrite notepad & feed supports backup to Google Drive™ if configured. A folder will be created on the Google Drive drive in the root directory, where the categories of notes configured in the application will be uploaded. AllWrite notepad & feed uses open and encrypted copy. Encrypted copy means that each note will be uploaded into a zip archive with a password. If files in a Google Drive drive are modified by an external client, the app will automatically detect, sync, and resolve the conflict for those files.
The main categories of added notes are: text, audio, photo and video, URL links and arbitrary files. The notepad supports Markdown and HTML syntax. You can create text containing any resources. Adding images, videos or any other files to text notes is easily supported by AllWrite notepad & feed. The application recognizes URL links in a simple text note and makes them clickable. If the text consists of only a link, the application will show its preview. AllWrite notepad & feed has a built-in dictaphone that allows you to create audio recordings. All audio recordings, any downloaded music files can be organized into a playlist and played using the built-in audio player. If a video or video URL is added, AllWrite notepad & feed launches the internal video player.
