This is the only noise generating app I've found that doesn't suffer from intermittent volume changes and frequency cuts on the Pixel 5. However, there is no exit button and it must be force stopped to get rid of the notification that it's still running. A small price to pay for a noise generator that actually works correctly.

To be fair to other reviewers, the app behaves differently based on what version of android you have because it does not seem to be fully compatible with all versions. On my tablet, the exit button is there. On my phone it is not there. But yeah, without the exit button, the app can't be closed easily. Other than that, the design was good.

I had to change my review from 5 to 2 stars unfortunately. Years ago I used the web version and was totally excited to have the app. Closing the app is unclear at first but once you get used to it, it's fine. My problem is the sound variates a lot now. I feel like I'm listening to the sound through a flanger. It's also very difficult when I receive a phone call that the sound doesn't stop. Last updated in 2012? It's time to re-evaluate your app/website priority devs.
