The longer the line in front of the store gets, the more exhausted customers become.

RealApp Waiting is a tool for business owners that handles everything from registering waitlist entries to calling customers using a single tablet.

■ Customers register directly when the tablet is set up
If you place the tablet at the store entrance, customers can directly enter their party size and phone number to receive a number ticket.

The owner does not need to take notes or call out names.

■ Call a customer with a single button when a seat becomes available

When the call is pressed, a notification (KakaoTalk) is sent to the customer's mobile phone.

For numbers that cannot receive KakaoTalk messages, it automatically switches to a text message.

You can also send a "A seat will be available soon" notification right before the call.

■ Tells you how long you have to wait

It calculates how quickly seats actually become available at the store and provides an estimated waiting time, such as "approximately 25 minutes." It even takes into account the day of the week and the time of day.

■ Customers can line up from a distance

If you display a remote waiting QR code, customers can join the waiting list using their mobile phones.

Since they do not have to stand in front of the store, the number of people dropping out of the line is reduced.

■ One Account Even with Multiple Locations

You can register multiple locations and switch between them using a single account.

The app is free. Only the cost of sending notification messages (KakaoTalk and SMS) is deducted at 18 KRW per message.

Upon signing up, you will receive 3,000 KRW (approximately 160 messages) in notification credits.

You can still use the reception, call, and waitlist management functions even without a balance.

· Customer mobile phone numbers are used solely for waitlist notification purposes and are automatically deleted after one year.

· If you withdraw your membership within the app, your store, waitlist records, and account will be deleted together.

What’s new

접수 화면을 새로 만들었습니다.

• 4단계 접수 — 시작 → 번호·인원 → 확인 → 완료. 확인 단계가 생겨 번호 오타로 알림을 못 받는 일이 줄었습니다.
• 강조색 하나만 고르면 화면 색이 전부 맞춰집니다. 매장 로고를 올리면 첫 화면에 크게 들어갑니다.
• 휴대전화로 접수를 받아도 스크롤 없이 한 화면에서 등록됩니다.
• 외국인 손님 접수 — 언어를 고르면 국가번호를 선택할 수 있고, 해외 번호로도 안내 문자가 갑니다.
• 손님이 받는 대기현황 링크가 접수할 때 고른 언어로 열립니다(한국어·영어·일본어·중국어).
• 웨이팅 관리 화면을 정리해 대기 현황이 한눈에 보입니다.
