My recycling was missed this past week. If it has happened to you, you know it can be frustrating. I was able to file a missed pickup report on the app. The city called me at 8:30 the next morning and sent a truck to my house 30 minutes later. I had been extremely frustrated by this, but the city made it right and fixed it quickly. It was an extremely easy process and I recommend all Greensboro residents download the app.

The app is a good resource for information. Not only can I confirm what I need to bring to the curb and when, but I can access information about recycling, events, and the landfill. It is fairly easy to use, too.

I would have given a 5 star rating, but in this new version, the push reminder notification does not appear to have a "snooze" function, so I cannot snooze it to reminind me later when I am home. The reminders previously had that.
