My recycling was missed this past week. If it has happened to you, you know it can be frustrating. I was able to file a missed pickup report on the app. The city called me at 8:30 the next morning and sent a truck to my house 30 minutes later. I had been extremely frustrated by this, but the city made it right and fixed it quickly. It was an extremely easy process and I recommend all Greensboro residents download the app.

I would have given a 5 star rating, but in this new version, the push reminder notification does not appear to have a "snooze" function, so I cannot snooze it to reminind me later when I am home. The reminders previously had that.

The reminders are very handy and useful! You can even find further information such as what can be recycled and when your loose leafs will be collected. You can use the app to report broken traffic signals and signs etc...
