I'll sort the category and region and then select a posting. When I go back to the search results, it clears my category and region and puts me back to the top of the results. Very frustrating while searching through job postings.

This looked pretty promising until every job description I clicked apply for said their window to apply had closed. Job listing's not updated enough for this to be beneficial to me.
