About this app

REN is the app for delivery drivers who work with a fleet. Manage your shifts, receive orders, check your routes, and complete every delivery from a single app.

Your calendar, always at your fingertips

• Check your assigned shifts by day and time slot. If you can't work a shift, request an absence directly from the app and check the status of your request.

Go online and get started

• When your shift starts, go online to receive orders. Available orders appear on the map while you're online. When you finish, you can go offline.

Step-by-step deliveries

• Each order includes a guided workflow with navigation to the store, pickup, confirmation, and delivery to the customer.

Multiple pickups in a single trip

• Manage multiple orders within the same area as part of a single trip when they are grouped for this purpose.

Proof of pickup and delivery

• Take photos during pickup and delivery and keep them associated with the order for reference.

Navigation and Maps

• View routes within REN and open your preferred navigation app when you need directions.

Order Tracking

• While you're on duty, REN uses your location, even in the background with the app closed, to assign you nearby orders and allow the business and customer to track the order while it's en route. You'll see a notification while it's active, and tracking stops when you log off. You can change this permission in your phone settings.

Notifications

• Receive alerts about new orders and status changes throughout your shift.

Incident Management

• Report incidents such as closed locations, unavailable customers, or orders that need to be returned directly from the app.

Settings

• Choose between light and dark themes, Spanish or English, and configure your notification and account preferences.

REN requires a courier account associated with a fleet.
