I have tried so many times to log in using two of my mobile numbers. But every time 'something went wrong' pops up without any reason at all. I even manually granted all the app permissions from settings. I was very excited about using it. Now, I'm just disappointed!

The locks on the bicycles don't work properly. I scanned a QR code of a bike one day and the lock didn't open. So, i skipped it. An hour later, when i checked the app again to unlock another jobike, i found that the previous cycle did get unlocked somehow and was on a ride for 65minutes!! but it didn't even show on the app when i scanned the code. So I rushed back to the previous sopt and didn't find the bike, someone might have found it unlocked and used my credits to ride it ☺

GPS or map showing doesn't work on the app. After locking a cycle, sometimes the app shows the cycle is still running and it charges balance. Again, there is no option for report or communicating with authority to report any problem.
