app doesn't work when you need it to. also all the coupons do not show up. like the milk I have to put in the search bar milk just to find the coupon and then when the app doesn't load I can't use the coupon when I am at the store so I have to make another trip and waste my time and gas.

Slow when forced to search coupon in store. I've started shopping less at Ridleys because of this. When I want to.walk in and by Milk, I don't want to be forced to add a digital coupon and waste my time, when itnis same price at other stores with just phone #

Ridley's is very convenient for me. People are great. I love the one on Aurther & Main
