About this app

In accordance with the “Act on Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases,” nationwide disinfection (quarantine) companies can automatically report to the local public health center after completing disinfection of facilities subject to mandatory disinfection. This is a mobile app for which two patents have been applied.

- Membership target: nationwide disinfection companies / facilities subject to mandatory disinfection

- Features of the mobile app: Full compliance with the “Act on the Prevention and Management of Infectious Diseases”
1) Compliance with the disinfection (quarantine) certificate retention period (2 years)
2) Automatic reporting to public health center
3) Disinfection certificate effectiveness
a) Time confirmation: Compliance with ISO8601 and UNIX timestamp standards
B) Verification of issuance authenticity: Check the issuance number on the electronic document in the RLMS service to determine the authenticity of the electronic document.
c) Integrity Guarantee / Non-repudiation / Authenticity Verification: Block changes to content through joint certificate electronic signature (PKI)
D) Ensure compliance with systems related to the Personal Information Protection Act
