Ratings and reviews

Doesn't let me crate an account. When I try, it instantly crashes. After you finally create your account, it doesn't let you change your name and whenever you try to change your profile picture, it crashes or doesn't work. 2024 update: I have been using this app for more than a year now and all I can say is that it is still a 1 star app. Sometimes it works, but sometimes it doesn't let you log in or some features disappear from one day to another

What an amazing app. Amazing at screwing up everything multiple times over. The video call feature which includes using your device's microphone and camera is terrible because the audio/video quality is bad. Moreover, the feature itself barely works as we've had problems with it the past 3 days and have kept on moving to different platforms to be able to hold courses. Absolute terrible experience, I would rate it negative stars if I could. If you're reading this, don't waste your time on it.

The overall experience is not that great. It needs a UX review to improve the user experience. I have found a bug and don't know where to write it, so I'll write it here. If I have two kids, and one of them is currently selected, when I get a message for the other one and I tap on the notification, it goes to the message, but I cannot see the content because it does not switch to the other kid automatically.
