About this app

IMPORTANT: AiSPV is not an official ANAF application and does not represent any state institution. It is an independent service, developed by AICLOUD S.R.L., which takes data from the Virtual Private Space (SPV) and from the e-Invoice system through the interfaces made available by ANAF, using your company's digital certificate. The official sources are indicated at the end of this description.

AiSPV brings invoices from the Virtual Private Space directly to your phone. You no longer have to enter the portal, download archives and open XML files to see what you have to pay and what you have to collect.

INVOICES, UP TO DATE

Invoices received and sent are automatically synchronized from e-Invoice. You see them grouped, with the amounts, payment terms and status of each. Overdue invoices are marked separately, so you don't miss a deadline.

You can open any invoice in PDF format, print it or forward it.

MESSAGES FROM SPV

Messages from the Virtual Private Space arrive in the application. You read them on your phone, without having to log in to the portal every time.

MULTIPLE COMPANIES, ONE ACCOUNT

If you manage multiple companies, switch between them with one touch. Each company keeps its own invoices, partners and reports.

For accountants, the application is built to cover exactly this case: a single account, access to client companies, without separate passwords for each.

CLIENTS AND SUPPLIERS

The application automatically builds the list of partners from synchronized invoices. See for each client how much they have to pay and when, and for each supplier what you have to pay.

REPORTS

The situation of receipts and payments, the evolution by months and the comparison with the previous month. The data comes from real invoices, not from manual entries.

NOTIFICATIONS

You will be notified when a new invoice appears in SPV or when a payment deadline is approaching. You can choose in the app which notifications you want to receive.

TEAM

You can invite colleagues or the company accountant, with controlled access. Each person has their own account; passwords are not shared.

SECURITY

Two-step authentication, sessions that you can end remotely and encrypted data transmission. You can see from which devices you are connected at any time and you can close access to any of them.

SUPPORT

Send a request directly from the app and track the response in the same place.
