About this app

Bloc1 is the official app for owners and administrators of tenant associations. Quickly manage apartments, parking lots, general meetings and association expenses directly from your phone.

FEATURES

• Properties — see all your apartments, parking spaces and storage spaces in one place, with detailed information about each unit.

• General meetings — participate in online voting according to Law 196/2018. Download your agreement in PDF for the voted points according to Art. 38, 39 and 51.

• Shared parking — manage available parking spaces and reservations between co-owners.

• Push notifications — receive real-time alerts for announcements from the administrator, voting reminders and payment confirmations.

• Listings — sales and rentals between owners in the same association.

• Monthly expenses — track common costs and payments made.

• Multi-association — if you own properties in multiple associations, quickly switch between them.

The application is free for owners. Access requires an account created on the contractual partners' platform.
