The eToken may be good, but the login procedure does not work, the password will not open the internet banking app, the help desk sometimes answers fast, sometimes is very slow. I was advised to delete the eToken app, reinstall it, reactivate it, generate new password, what I did all and guess what, it did not log me in the internet banking app again. This happens from time to time, and one has to go to the branch office. So, they have internet banking, but is inoperational.

There's no reason to have a separate app for logging in to the website or confirming ("signing") payments, the functionality should be in the main mobile bank app. It's annoying to have a separate app and a waste of space.
