About this app

The Classoft SQL ScanRec application for Android is part of the Classoft SQL ERP integrated system and is designed to perform real-time factual quantitative receipts, using product barcodes or product names.

Through the application, users can scan received items directly with the phone camera, using a Bluetooth barcode reader or using a Zebra device (PRO version only), instantly checking the correspondence between receipt documents and physical stocks.

Main functionalities:

Quick scanning of barcodes for product identification.

Recording of received quantities in the Classoft SQL ERP system.

Real-time validation and transmission of data to the ERP server.

Intuitive interface, optimized for working in warehouses or reception areas.

At the end of the process, the Classoft SQL ScanRec application can import receipt documents, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and complete traceability in inventory management.
