Real-time order taking:
Agents can enter customer orders directly from their mobile device, having full visibility over actual stocks in WinMENTOR Enterprise and personalized prices (discounts, promotions).
Receivables management (receipt collections):
The application displays the list of outstanding invoices for each partner. The agent can make partial or full collections and issue receipts on the spot, by connecting to a mobile thermal printer.
Elimination of human errors:
Data entered in the field reaches directly into the ERP, eliminating the need for manual re-entry of orders or receipts by operators in the office.
Bidirectional synchronization:
Downloading product, partner and price lists from WinMENTOR Enterprise, as well as automatic sending of documents generated in the field.
