Ratings and reviews

My experience with this app is awful. It worked in the beginning, but short after, logins problems appeared. It is not accepting "Facebook login", neither new account creation or password reset. At the moment is not working at all. And when it works it's full of bugs like being unable to set an appointment.

Useful app, I am donating regularly so this app is helping me save some time by having priority at the center. Last time I went there I spent about 45 min in total, which is more than acceptable considering that this includes filling three forms, registration, two medical consults, donating (less than 10 min), recovery (15 min), getting the proving docs. What would be a great improvement for this app, is to have the blood analysis results available in the app after the whole process is finished.

I cannot use the app anymore. It does not accept Facebook login, but it also does not accept to create a new account. It used to work quite ok untill about November 2022, afterwards I cannot login at all. I tried uninstall and reinstall, create new account, nothing works. And it's terrible sad, because it was really useful and I am a recurrent blood donor, so I would really want to be able to use it. 😞
