Ratings and reviews

The app is slow (have to wait for a loading bar of a few seconds each time i navigate from one page to another in app) and you get error messages when trying to create/update the profile. A great feature would be to add a button to create solicitations for needed blood. I have a friend who needs O- and the hospital told her there is none in the blood bank, so she is trying to find someone. The app would've been of a lot of help in this case...

My experience with this app is awful. It worked in the beginning, but short after, logins problems appeared. It is not accepting "Facebook login", neither new account creation or password reset. At the moment is not working at all. And when it works it's full of bugs like being unable to set an appointment.

A new version was introduced, and now it is a pleasure to use. I managed to validate my donation (the camera function finally works), and the new visuals are way more pleasing. This is one success story of an app that personally I had no faith in. Thank you to the developers, and congratulations on some great work.
