It would be useful to improve your site/app If you want to choose the last easybox on the list, you can't using your phone because it doesn't show on screen even if it exists! Also the lower part of the screen sometimes is overlapping the upper part and its very frustrating when you need to introduce information. Overall, my experience while ordering was bad, took much longer than it was needed because of the problems mentioned above and make me want to go the the store rather than order online

I really like them, but the app is not doing well. It crashes, and it suddenly stops showing details of my account (my orders, my wishlist) or it all toghter tells me that i both am logged in, and both aren't logged in. Many features also suddenly stop working sometimes. :/

These jerks look like kgb sleepers. A while back they've sold me The Millennium as e-book format. A few days ago I wanted to read it again and it wasn't in my e-books library anymore. When I complained, instead of promptly fixing my problem regarding a product I payed for, these crocks, using a certain Gabriela as a name, started to ask for some damn numbers?!! I had read the book, but I think they didn't have the right to sell it, so they've screwed me. Monday I'd complain to authorities.
