It's useless to have an app if you can only see the invoices by activating the electronic invoice! I have five consumption points, for four of them I need the classic invoice on paper, and for the 5th I would like an electronic invoice... not happening in 2022! Still not happening in 2023 :) end of 2023 still not possible:)

Sending the index is a ridiculous experience. First it was they changed the meter, but on the site was the previous meter, with bigger index than the new one. Cannot send the index. Then I moved in a new apartament, but on the site there was the previous meter, currently inexistent, and the actual existing meter and I had to send the index for both, for the nonexistent meter the previous index, consumption 0. And finally, today: cannot send a lesser index, f but also cannot send a bigger index!?

The worst app ever! I've been using different apps for many years but this is the worst by far. Apart the fact that with every update you are requested to change password, when you finaly manage to do it as it doesn't work properly, you are asked to key in all your consumption details again. And guess what? Still doesn't work, 'consumption details not recognised' when I've been using the same details before the update.
