I thought the process of ordering delivery for box would be simple. changed day easily from original day to next day and got approved. courier called me on the original date and said he is coming and I can't change the delivery like that. So he is upset, I am upset and a process that should have been smooth sailing, had turned into an argument. I don't understand why the application let you change dates if the courier doesn't accept it??? why i need to get heat from the courier?

the app is 0, customer service is below 0 i tried to contact them for hours and when i reached them they did not even try to help me also no one can speak English , and the app is zero the ai bot they have is too stupid to even think and respond simple questions and many things do not work like for example changing the password from the app does kot work

had issues with a courier, he just didn't deliver my package and sent it to storage, I had to go out of my way to just get it and pay the ride there and back, couldn't even drop it at a FanBox in the city, in rest, the app is good and shows everything
