the app is 0, customer service is below 0 i tried to contact them for hours and when i reached them they did not even try to help me also no one can speak English , and the app is zero the ai bot they have is too stupid to even think and respond simple questions and many things do not work like for example changing the password from the app does kot work

Good app overall, but the only issue I have is that I couldn't find the QR code to open the locker anywhere inside the app. I had to search through my emails until I found a forwarded email from the seller, which I did not even notice or expect to have the QR code.

Horrilbe app !! Garbage !! Anti client ! Does Not do anything for customer. The courier does not deliver the package if you don't go to his car to pick ot up. 09.june.2026 got a package to send. The courier did not pick-up the package unless i go to his car with the package. Every time. This app does Not have rating/feedback on every delivery like al other courier companies. The problem is not the firm ! Is the employees/couriers !
