I have received every item I ever ordered in good condition, and usually fast enough. I sent smth. only once, and the delivery was excellent too. I am very happy with the Fanbox system, and even happier with the new feature which allows one to postpone pickup up to 72 hrs. Keep it up!

disgusting app. no details at all regarding your package. no way to contact the support. delivery is very slow and unpleasing. other apps have trackers, can see the approximate delivery time, all details, here is nothing. very bad

I got a link about my shipment where there was a button which allowed me to redirect my package to a pick up point. I pressed the button and it said "Success!". After no events, I callrd to ask about my package. After waiting 10 minutes a lady picked up, and after telling her my situatuon she said, and I quote "you are telling science fiction stories to me, only the sender can redirect packages". Avoid this company at all costs.
