The app does not show the QR code or the PIN in order to actually be able to pick up the parcel. it says the parcel has been handed over to the FANbox, but the code or PIN has a delay of hours in my case. To pick the parcel you need to use the PIN that you receive by SMS that comes moments after the carrier haded it to FANbox. The problem is after the update. So the question is: why use the app if i dont have what i need to pick the parcel and i have to resort to the info received by SMS?

Had to send a parcel. The courier didn't call, didn't arrive, SteFAN (the AI chat bot) is non-functional, the call center didn't answer. Order was then canceled without notification, I had to go digging through attachments. If I could, I would give it 0 stars.

i have a fanbox set in app, plus an address, and my package gets redirected to a fanbox that's 3km+ from me ! I SET IT ON THE APP. This is the second time ! i wish i could stop Temu from putting fancurier as an option!
