I have received every item I ever ordered in good condition, and usually fast enough. I sent smth. only once, and the delivery was excellent too. I am very happy with the Fanbox system, and even happier with the new feature which allows one to postpone pickup up to 72 hrs. Keep it up!

I got a package delivered to a delivery point. The package is right in front of me, but i can't pick it up, because neither the app, nor the website displays the PASSWORD that lets me pick up the package. I dialed the support line, i've waited for HALF AN HOUR and when they finally picked up THEY SAID HELLO AND ENDED THE PHONECALL. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE SERVICES. I haven't seen anything WORSE than this.

Excellent service at competitive prices. Minus the update rate for the status of parcels, it's never synced, and user needs to search and work extra to see the status. 9/10
