The overall experience with Fan Courier has been extremely disappointing. Packages frequently go missing or arrive with significant delays. The contact center offers little to no help, and the couriers themselves often come across as rude and unresponsive. To arogant Fan Courier Team: Email was sent to the provided address. No one bothered to reply. This is the third such case in the last three months, so these are no longer isolated incidents — this is a serious problem.

Salutare! Regretăm situația neplăcută! Ne dorim să aflăm ce s-a întâmplat, astfel că te rugăm să ne trimiți un email la customer@fancourier.ro, alături de AWB, iar colegii noștri de la Customer Support vor reveni cu un răspuns. Aici, colegii de la Mobile Support pot oferi ajutor doar pentru problemele apărute în utilizarea aplicației. Mulțumim!

one of the worst experiences with the delivery service. couriers are always rude, telling you that you are wrong and they are good people. you always have some problems with the shipping. In the morning I received a message that my package is delivered, in the evening I went to the fanbox to pick it up, it says that my PIN is expired, and the app tells my package has been returned... like why??? this is insane, and I couldn't even speak to a manager through this app. INSANE. never use it again.

they say I can pick up the parcel from the fanbox. the fanbox refuses to release the paid in advance parcel. now I wonder if the parcel is actually in there or in the possession of one of their employees, since it is prepaid. phone customer support is there just to tell you they will not do anything about it. their ai chat support replies only with "what else can I help you with" irregardless of what you say or ask.
