The application offers a complete solution for optimizing merchandising activities, both for merchandisers and managers. Through an intuitive interface and advanced functionalities, the application allows efficient management of daily activities, progress tracking and real-time reporting.

Main functionalities

Merchant interface

Secure authentication: Login based on email, username or dedicated ID and password.

Daily planning: Displaying the stores to be visited, depending on the current day.

Start the visit (Check-in): The possibility to start the visit in a store by recording the GPS position.

Validation of GPS position: Approval system for "Start visit" if the merchant is outside the preset radius or the GPS coordinates cannot be retrieved.

Task management:

Options to start ("Start"), complete ("Stop") or edit tasks.

Mandatory closure of each task with a photo.

The possibility to give up/cancel a task by specifying the reason from a nomenclature.

Progress monitoring: Visualization of progress in real time, percentage or numerically

Manager interface

Merchandiser monitoring:

Listing subordinate merchants and displaying their status: online, current time, level of task completion, store check-in, break or other relevant information.

Leave management:

Adding holidays with the attachment of supporting documents (photo from gallery or camera).

The option to add leaves without a supporting document, reported by an operator.

Activity reporting:

Visualization of merchandised stores and reported tasks.

Creation of reports for inappropriate tasks reported by the client, with "Reported by client" status and additional comments (including photos).

Redirection of tasks to merchandisers for remerchandising, if necessary.
