About this app

ialoc Caller ID is the caller identification tool for ialoc partner restaurant staff.

When a customer calls, the app looks up the number in your restaurant’s database and instantly displays a card with the customer’s name and booking history, right above the call screen — so you know who’s calling before you answer.

• Quick opening of the customer file in ialoc Business, directly from the call

• Works even with the app closed — background service that detects calls in real time

HOW IT WORKS
Connect the app to your ialoc venue account, grant the necessary permissions, and the app starts identifying callers in real time.

The app is intended for the staff of venues registered in the ialoc platform.
