About this app

VentaScan is a compatible package for the existing integrated system (software applications and related services) that allows the management of fixed assets and inventory items through barcodes and their actual inventory using mobile terminals (phone, tablet, etc.). The application describes three main menus, as follows: "Information", "Inventory" and "Unidentified". The Information menu contains data on the total number of inventory items, fixed assets, as well as the number of items that have been marked as unidentified. Also, the graph in the center of the page summarizes all of them, showing the weight of each category. Dragging left / right will display other graphics specific to each category of object (inventory object / fixed / unidentified assets) with their degree of collection. At the bottom of this page is the "Scan item" button that allows you to scan barcode labels generated from the Avancont application.

The second menu of the application, "Inventory", contains all the elements of the script inventory. In this screen are highlighted the objects that were collected and those proposed for scrapping. Inventory items can also be searched by inventory number, barcode, item type, Collected / Uncollected, Management / put into use, Place of use of script, Place of actual use, Management / responsible for script, Management / responsible for fact, Proposal for scrapping. From the same screen you can select the object of interest, and after the selection, a screen will open that will present all the information related to that element. In the inventory process, actions can be performed on the collected good, such as: modifying the identification information, attaching photos, the possibility to propose it for scrapping, confirming the factual inventory with the written one and others.
The third menu is for Unidentified objects. In this menu you can perform actions on unidentified objects such as: adding an unidentified object, modifying their information, transferring them to Avancont or deleting them.
