About this app

NN Direct is the application that brings to your phone what is most important to know about NN insurance and pensions.

You can pay your insurance premiums or voluntary pension contributions quickly and securely with any bank card, and you can save your card details to make payments easier. If you are among those with an appetite for investments, also through the application you can make transactions with fund units in a few simple steps.

Moreover, you have access to the history of paid insurance premiums and pension contributions and you can update your personal or contact details whenever changes occur, by simply scanning your ID card.

In case of an insured event, you can send us all the details through the dedicated menu in NN Direct, where you can later follow the status of your request. We will notify you if we need additional documents, which you can also upload to the application.
Account activation is short and remote, and for authentication you can choose the classic option (email and password) or, even simpler, with facial recognition or fingerprint.

To enjoy the new experience that comes with new features and information on your own, just update or download the latest version.

Annoying. Who thought it was a good idea to constantly log you out on the phone? If it was a desktop app with a propper keyboard, sure. Btw, bring the desktop app back. This one is annoying and a lot of times I can't even pay my contracts with it. I can't open up multiples tabs to compare the contracts of my family, etc. It's just hard to use and navigate

App is user friendly and quite manageable. However, for more than 2 months the phone app doesn't work. Whenever I try to login it takes a lot of time for loading and in the end it doesn't open. A message is displayed saying "please try again later". I've tried to login in the morning, afternoon, evening, in the middle of month, start/end of month but still it doesn't work. Please update your app! Is frustrating every single month to have this issue. Only on PC the app works.

After several updates it seems that the app doesn't keep the values of the accounts up to date. The accounts update, now, is dobe once per week instead of once a day in the past! For example in the moment i'm writing this post the values are not updated from 24th of March(one week). Update: The workaround proposed doesn't work! Thank you.
