How membership cards work
Every user receives a digital card with a specific level of access. There are five membership levels: Black for general users, Silver for tenants and employees in office buildings, Gold for residents, Platinum and Diamond for selected members.
Users start with a Black card and can upgrade to Silver or Gold by earning O Points which are the app's reward currency, through regular activity. Platinum and Diamond are managed manually.
A Points system
The O Points system rewards everyday actions. Users can collect points by scanning their card at partner locations, completing their profile, joining events, checking in, or participating in campaigns and challenges.
Points can be used to reach a higher card level or to get products, services, merchandise, or special experiences available in the ONE Store.
