Ospătar-Eveniment was born in 2018 and aims to offer services with workforce in the field of Horeca, based on trust, flexibility and high level training.
The founders, Lucian and Marian, have been active in the field for over 20 years. Everyone knows from their own experience that the biggest difficulty facing the Horeca industry is the lack of trained staff who treat their job with maximum seriousness and responsibility.
In their vast experience, both founders encountered the problems of hiring and training staff, so in 2018 they decided to do something to solve this lack that the Horeca field is currently suffering from, and together they formed a concept of business that guarantees services with an "other" workforce.
