I created the account, validated the documents and the approval came after a couple of months, not after 2-3 days. I set up the password and everything was all right and NOW when I try to log it says I do not have a valid account even after using it and it made me create a new one, and am now waiting for the validation period which can take anything from 2-3 days to a couple of months. Great app, Romanian system power.

I've created an account cause it was the faster way to login in on some official websites. Unfortunately I forgot the password and I had to register again. Unusual and highly unnecessary. Currently, I'm waiting for more than 7 days, for someone to validate my account. What is the point of an app, if someone is manually validating something which can be fully automated? Just another version of "dosar cu șina" in 2026.

I'm 50 and worked in IT for a long time. But couldn't go through the registration process (they ask you to put the ID card in a fix position ON the back of the phone, Jesus). Incredibly unprofessional.
