I've created an account cause it was the faster way to login in on some official websites. Unfortunately I forgot the password and I had to register again. Unusual and highly unnecessary. Currently, I'm waiting for more than 7 days, for someone to validate my account. What is the point of an app, if someone is manually validating something which can be fully automated? Just another version of "dosar cu șina" in 2026.

"Internal error has occurred." This happens every time I try to log in. Support is inexistent. I've submitted 2 support requests and for months there has not been a reply or a fix for this. So I can't use the app to do anything. Useless!

The validation process takes to long. If you forget your password, you have to revalidate, which takes another 24-72h. Even when you are logged into the app and want to use a service, you are redirected to a web page where you have to log in again.
