📄 What is the ONRC Certificate of Incorporation?
The certificate of incorporation is an official document issued by the National Office of the Trade Register (ONRC) that certifies the information registered about a company: name, registered office, unique registration code (CUI), serial number in the trade register, associates, administrators, object of activity and share capital.

📄 What is the Land Registry Extract?
The land registry extract is an official document issued by the National Agency for Cadastre and Real Estate Advertising (ANCPI) that contains information about the owners of a property, the encumbrances that encumber the property (mortgages, easements) and the technical description of the property.

📄 What is the Cadastral Plan?

The cadastral plan is an official document issued by ANCPI that contains the cadastral map of a property with the location, neighborhoods, areas and dimensions of the plot.
