Summer Smile Manager is the official app for Summer Smile partners and team. Secure, account-based access to the tools you need — right from your phone.

Depending on your role, the app opens up exactly the right area for you:

• ACCOMMODATION MANAGEMENT — booking calendar, synchronization with booking platforms, accommodation sheets, invoices and reports. (for the Summer Smile team)

• CLEANING PARTNER PORTAL — if you are the owner of an apartment that we clean, you add your apartments yourself with all the details the team needs: address, access code, linen and towel sets, coffee maker, WiFi, parking, garbage day, photos and special instructions. See the status of each cleaning in real time and you can request a cleaning for a specific date.

• CLEANING TEAM PORTAL — see the cleanings scheduled for the current day, with all the apartment access details, start and mark the cleaning as completed and add photos directly from the field.

The application requires an account created by the Summer Smile administrator. Your data is transmitted encrypted and used only for the operation of the service.

What’s new
