Ratings and reviews

No ability to use my Bluetooth device when I use this app from my android device. Incoming calls don't always ring through. If my whole team didn't use this app, I would NEVER use this app. I reached out to the help desk and tech support to fix the Bluetooth issue like 6 months ago and has never been fixed. They even followed up with me for a while and kept saying that there Engineers were working on a fix and it never got fixed.

Since updating to Android 15, the app is not allowing me to access the icons at the bottom of the texting page, and when replying to a text, my keyboard pops up and covers the texting box so I cannot see what I am typing. I am also experiencing major issues with the Bluetooth in my Jeep where a SmrtPhone call, even when "ignored" will continue to try and connect, until I set Jeep to DND, "forget" the Bluetooth connection from my cell and delete my phone from my Jeep memory.

Often times when I connect with someone, they can hear me but I can't hear them. Then I try to hang up and it won't hangup. I end up having to reboot my phone to get the call to hang up. We use the app for business and these glitches are super unprofessional.

This update resolves an issue that prevented some users from logging in with Salesforce. Thanks for your patience! We're also working on something bigger behind the scenes — expect major improvements to call quality, reliability, and overall experience in an upcoming release.
