this app is so glitchy whether it's on the computer or on your phone. you have to jump from one section to another just to find certain messages which are not kept in the same thread. there's nothing smart about this app. I've used many other phone apps this happens to be the worst one. I recommend checking out RingCentral it's easy to use and the threads are all kept together under the same phone number. no jumping around through hoops justifying a single message from the same number.

No ability to use my Bluetooth device when I use this app from my android device. Incoming calls don't always ring through. If my whole team didn't use this app, I would NEVER use this app. I reached out to the help desk and tech support to fix the Bluetooth issue like 6 months ago and has never been fixed. They even followed up with me for a while and kept saying that there Engineers were working on a fix and it never got fixed.

Since updating to Android 15, the app is not allowing me to access the icons at the bottom of the texting page, and when replying to a text, my keyboard pops up and covers the texting box so I cannot see what I am typing. I am also experiencing major issues with the Bluetooth in my Jeep where a SmrtPhone call, even when "ignored" will continue to try and connect, until I set Jeep to DND, "forget" the Bluetooth connection from my cell and delete my phone from my Jeep memory.
