About this app

You register in the application as a beneficiary.
Enter the required information, such as addresses and vehicles, once. Valetino saves them and then you can select them from the list.

Create a request or schedule.
The process is simple: create a request (schedule), select an address, a car and wait for the offers of our valets / if you are under contract with us or have a subscription (valets will present their availability and enjoy the services included in the subscription)

You choose the valet

Once accepted, the valet will receive your phone number and will call you to finalize the last details of the request and then he will go to you and make sure that he arrives on time.

He fills in the application the delivery form (take pictures, check the car, write down in the form the cash received for the payment of the final suppliers). You, as the beneficiary, endorse it.

The valet picks up the car, solves your request and then returns your car.


Safety first!
The Valetino platform is created respecting the highest standards of security and technology, your data being safe.

The car is insured throughout the valet service and is taken over based on an electronic report directly from the application (2 minutes maximum)
All the valet registered in the platform are carefully checked, they go through a defensive driving test, then the procedures for taking over, teaching and good practices are learned, so that everything is perfect and set up.
