VATTOR — managing your field service company, in a single application

VATTOR is management software for field service companies:
works, technicians, clients, offers, invoices, intervention reports,
equipment, warranties and scheduled inspections — plus a portal where
your clients can see their own schedules and invoices.

What VATTOR solves:

• Closed, uninvoiced works. See permanently how many works are
finished but not yet invoiced — no more searching for them in the notebook.

• Invoices issued, not collected. Remaining to be collected, up to date, for each
client — know who owes you money and for how long.

• Proof of work, signed in the field. The technician completes
the intervention report with photos and the client's signature, directly
on the phone, before leaving.

• Inspections that are not forgotten. Maintenance plans automatically generate the next work and notify you ahead of time.

• Equipment history, at the customer. What you installed, when, with what
warranty and who was there last.

• Customer portal. Your customers see the appointments, approve
offers and download their invoices themselves — fewer phone calls for
you.

The VATTOR app (for administrators and owners) shows you
your company's work, offers and invoices, lets you manage
your team and subscription, directly from your phone. For field technicians, there is a separate app, VATTOR Tech, with offline support.
