About this app
VDI Agent is the real estate agent's work app. Everything you do in a day — clients, requests, viewings, ads, transactions — you have with you, on your phone, and they remain the same as on your computer.
WHAT YOU DO WITH IT
Your day, on a single screen
Open the app and see what you have to do today: viewings, promised calls, new leads, what's left from yesterday. Check an activity from the same place where you see it.
Clients and requests
The entire file of each contact: what they're looking for, what you showed them, what you last talked about. Call or write on WhatsApp with one tap, and the conversation remains written in the history. Requests automatically search for matches in the portfolio and send them to the client on the spot.
Ads
Add an ad from the field, with photos taken on the spot. Change the price, condition, description. See who saw it, who called, where it's published.
Agenda
Viewings, calls, meetings — with a reminder on your phone, so you don't miss anything. It connects with Google Calendar, if you want.
Transactions and documents
You follow the transaction from the offer to the signature: the stages, the commission, the receipts. Contracts and documents signed electronically, with proof.
AI Assistant
You ask it in Romanian what you want to know about your portfolio — "what do I have today", "which clients haven't been called for two weeks" — and it answers you from your data. It also writes ad descriptions and posts for social networks. You decide what is sent.
Team
If you are a coordinator: see what the team is doing, the ranking of the ads, who needs help. Rights are respected — everyone only sees what they are allowed to.
HOW TO ENTER
The application does not require registration. Your agency creates your account in VDI.ro, and you enter it here. If your agency is not yet working in VDI, write to us at suport@vdi.ro.
WHAT ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW
The application works together with the VDI.ro platform. The data is the same: what you change on your phone is visible on your computer and vice versa.
You need a camera for taking pictures of ads and scanning codes, and a microphone if you want to dictate notes. You approve them when you use them for the first time.
