About this app

XADMIN is the administration app for Romanian companies. Issue invoices, send them to SPV via e-Invoice, keep your documents organized, and manage your employees — all from one place, on your phone and in your browser.

INVOICING
• Issue invoices, proformas and receipts, with your own series and numbering
• Record partial or total receipts and issue reversal invoices
• Recurring invoices, automatically generated at the interval you set
• Send the invoice by email directly from the application, with the PDF attached
• Daily updated BNR exchange rate for invoices in foreign currency

E-INVOICE (ANAF)
• Connect your company to SPV once, through official ANAF authentication
• Send invoices in e-Invoice and track the status until validation
• You can set automatic sending after a number of days from issuance
• Download invoices received from SPV and keep them with the rest of the documents

DOCUMENTS
• Upload PDFs and photos or scan documents directly with your phone's camera
• Data from invoices and scanned documents is automatically extracted
• Organize by sections: company, human resources, OHS, administrative, miscellaneous
• View, merge and print PDFs without leaving the application
• Send a document via a temporary link, even to someone who doesn't have an account

EMPLOYEES AND PARTNERS
• Personnel files with contract data and attached documents
• Import and transmission to REGES-ONLINE (Labor Inspectorate)
• Partners with company data automatically filled in by CUI

ANALYSIS
• Evolution of income, expenses and profit, month by month
• Analysis automatically generated by AI based on trial balances, with attention points on liquidity and margins

TEAM
• Invite colleagues and the accountant, with separate permissions on each section
• Tasks with discussions and notifications
• Activity log, to see who modified what

SUBSCRIBE
The first 7 days are free and we don't ask for your card. Then the subscription costs 49 lei per month for each organization, with 5 GB of storage included; space used above this threshold is billed at 5 lei/GB. The subscription is managed from the web account.
