Still takes forever to refresh, and now you have to sign back in each time you open the app. Terrible update. Whatever you did with the last update has broken this app. It never refreshes so I can change the temperature or lock the doors. It's incredibly slow to respond to menu selections, when it responds at all. It's completely useless. I haven't successfully refreshed the page in 2 weeks.

The app used to work fine but with the last 2 updates, it's gotten buggy. And the last one is the worst because half the time , it thinks the door is unlocked when it's locked and that the temperature is unchangeable. It worked better before , so why change it, there's nothing smart about an app that works not at all.

Moved in a year ago, and it worked perfectly on my rooted phone. Recently decided to return to stock, and now it's refusing to work claiming my phone is rooted. And in case anyone thinks it's some residual root stuff left over, the Citi Bank app properly detected when I was rooted and would not allow me to use biometrics, but it now doesn't complain and does allow biometric login. I'll trust the one that *did* detect properly over the one that didn't.
