Ratings and reviews

Still takes forever to refresh, and now you have to sign back in each time you open the app. Terrible update. Whatever you did with the last update has broken this app. It never refreshes so I can change the temperature or lock the doors. It's incredibly slow to respond to menu selections, when it responds at all. It's completely useless. I haven't successfully refreshed the page in 2 weeks.

Constant log in issues. It boots you out. Try to log back in and now the password is wrong. Then I have to reset even though I know the password is right because it saves to my passwords. Very annoying. They then started taking you the long way by sending a code. now it doesn't even give that option. I just changed my password 2 days ago and its saying its wrong. Bio option doesn't work either once it boots u out. Once u can use the app its works decently....

The app used to work fine but with the last 2 updates, it's gotten buggy. And the last one is the worst because half the time , it thinks the door is unlocked when it's locked and that the temperature is unchangeable. It worked better before , so why change it, there's nothing smart about an app that works not at all.
