I'm having the same issue. I can't log in, it just sends me back to the log in menu. I try again since I can log in at my laptop... But the app just doesn't work. Must be from using the new home Depot severs which are as bad. If developers wanna reach out to the people that are having problems with the app, that shows roof hub cares.... I'll wait and find out

We're sorry but yes we did have a short lived issue that was causing users to be logged out of the app. These have been resolved and we are continuing to watch for any other issues. If you ever have any problems with our app we take them very seriously and want to hear from you. We also love hearing any feedback regarding improvements.

It's not user friendly. I've been on the app four or five times and end up just calling the supplier directly because I can't figure out at all how to place an order. it wants me to create an estimate and that's about all I can get.

We are sorry to hear you are having difficulties. The option to start an order is on our landing screen as soon as you log in. If you are not seeing this, it could be because of security roles on your account blocking unauthorized placement of orders. Please get in contact with us so we can help resolve your issue.

Having the ability to track all our deliveries adds much value to our systems. This will certainly save many hours of us calling and emailing the office - which will lower everyone's level of stress... especially when we have 3 - 4 each day.
