Terrible app does not work at all..... DELETED
Samsung Xcover The new update is poor and should have been extensively trialed before release. The app periodically stops working which in turn causes PTS staff to disappear after they have been logged in therefore not able to log staff out. Also shows staff not having enough rest requiring a risk assessment when they haven't been on track for more than 24hrs.
Keeps crashing and can't sign out Keeps crashing when using NFC and once logged in and the app crashes you cannot log people out. To log myself out I have to "start shift" and go through the location to allow me to sign out and do the same for each person. Takes a long time to add everyone's time for rest place, planned shift etc. Adds more responsibility to the Coss/swl that already have massive responsibility. Also adds yet more time on the signing in process. Locations need updating as not accurate and doesn't show REBs or FTN nodes
Super secure Android/Apple Pay NFC, takes half a second to tap. Sentinal card takes like 10 seconds... Doesn't add up. Why's it so slow
Absolutely terrible, this app crashes every time I have scanned people in, I then have to risk assess them the next night, as it thinks they have worked over 12 hours. Come on NWR, you are saying it is mandatory to scan in, so get this app working correctly!!
