ChatBotAPP is an application for business owners who use bots from chatbotapp.rs. Your bot responds to customers on the site, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and Viber, and this app tells you what can't wait and lets you respond right away, from your phone.
WHAT'S COMING TO THE PHONE
• The customer is waiting for a human: when the bot thinks it's time to get involved, the phone rings louder. You tap, read the conversation and download it in one swipe.
• Call and email requests: the customer left a number, you call.
• New orders and appointments.
• Package consumption, so that the quota never surprises you.
For each type of notification, you choose whether it arrives.
REPLY FROM THE APP
Download the conversation, write to the customer directly, insert a quick response with one tap, then return the bot when you're done, choosing whether the request is resolved. You can also reply right from the notification, without opening the app. If there is no network, the answer waits on the phone and goes away by itself when the connection is restored.
